Your products will be delivered by our third party reputable courier service.

Delivery Times & Costs

Many of our standard products are held in stock for despatch in 1-6 working days. Items not held in stock are subject to our standard lead time of 15 working days. Please contact us to check stock availability.

Summer 2021 - Due to nationwide material shortages, our standard lead time is sometimes being increased by up to 10 working days. Please contact us to discuss your lead time requirements.

Summer 2021 - Due to nationwide shortages, glass supply is currently minimum 4 weeks please bear this in mind when purchasing a Severn or Teviot balcony.

  • Delivery and completion dates quoted by Forjj are given in good faith but are estimates only. Forjj shall not be liable to the Buyer for any delay in delivery.
  • For large quantity orders, Forjj shall be entitled to deliver in instalments. Part deliveries shall be deemed to represent part of the initial order or contract. This will be discussed.
  • Delivery of ordered goods is deemed to have taken place when they have been dispatched from the Forjj factory.
  • Delivery charges outside of mainland UK may vary from those shown below. Please contact us to confirm, otherwise a shipping quote will be produced once you have ordered.

Delivery is free on our range of gates. Juliet balcony delivery charges are added at the checkout at the following rates:

Returns - Cancellations and Unwanted Goods

In the first instance contact our returns team at returns@forjj.co.uk for approval and a return authorisation number.

When our goods have been agreed for return, the buyer shall pay a restocking and handling charge to cover our inspection charges and administration involved in accepting the goods back into stock. This charge will be subject to variation without notice but is currently 25% of the invoiced value of goods. An additional charge will be made for any delivery or collections costs we incur.

Non-standard products cannot be accepted as a return.

The buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to our factory, any goods found to be damaged on inspection on arrival cannot be accepted as a returned product.

A credit can only be issued once final inspection at goods inwards has completed and the item has been booked back into stock.

Shortages, Damaged Goods and any other claims

The buyer should inspect the goods on delivery and sign the delivery note endorsing that delivery is complete.

Such signature shall be conclusive evidence that the Goods are of the correct quantity and free from reasonably apparent defects and damage. If such note is not signed it will be deemed to have been signed without endorsement. Under no circumstances will a comment of "unchecked" be accepted as relief of this clause.

Any defect or damage which is not reasonably apparent on receipt shall be notified by the Buyer to returns@forjj.co.uk within three working days of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned to Forjj within seven working days of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned to Forjj before replacement will be considered. Agreement and a goods return authorisation number must first be obtained from the returns@forjj.co.uk office before any goods can be returned.

Any claim for non-delivery of goods shall be notified by the Buyer to sales@forjj.co.uk within 14 days of the date of invoice or delivery note.

Forjj shall have no liability arising out of non-delivery or shortage in delivery (subject to consigning the correct quantity of Goods for delivery) deterioration or damage in transit but agrees to provide reasonable assistance (at the Buyer's expense) to the Buyer in making a claim against the carrier.
